Creator Agreement – FistingForFans.com

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up as a creator on FistingForFans.com, you agree to be bound by this Creator Agreement, along with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform as a creator.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  • You are legally allowed to appear in and distribute sexually explicit content.

  • You will provide valid government-issued photo identification and pass our age/identity verification process.

3. Content Guidelines

You agree that all content you upload or stream:

  • Is 100% legal in your country and the viewer's country.

  • Involves consenting adults only.

  • Is free from:

    • Non-consensual acts

    • Incest or underage material (real or simulated)

    • Bestiality, weapons, serious harm, or bodily waste (except as allowed under your local laws and platform policy)

FistingForFans.com reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any content at its sole discretion.

4. Content Ownership and License

  • You retain full ownership of the content you create.

  • By uploading content, you grant FistingForFans.com a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, market, and monetize your content within the platform.

  • This license ends when the content is deleted by you or your account is closed, except for:

    • Backups

    • Pending financial transactions

    • Content shared with paying users (who retain time-limited access, not exceeding 30 days)

5. Revenue and Payments

  • You receive 80% of revenue generated by your content.

  • FistingForFans retains 20% as a platform fee.

  • Payouts are made via PayPal, Bank Transfer, Paxum or Crypto, after reaching a minimum balance of $100.

  • All transactions are final. Chargebacks or fraud may result in withheld payments.

  • You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due in your jurisdiction.

6. DMCA and Copyright Compliance

  • You agree not to upload content that you do not own or have permission to share.

  • If a valid DMCA takedown request is received, FistingForFans will act promptly to remove infringing content.

  • Repeated violations may result in account termination.

7. Conduct and Use of Platform

You agree to:

  • Treat other users respectfully

  • Not spam, scam, threaten, or harass anyone

  • Not impersonate others or falsify identity documents

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or damage the platform

8. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.

  • FistingForFans may suspend or terminate your account for violations of this agreement or if required by law.

  • Upon termination, any pending payouts will be subject to review and potential hold in the case of dispute or fraud. Payouts must be processed within 30 days after resolution.

9. Modifications to Agreement

FistingForFans reserves the right to update this Creator Agreement at any time. We will notify creators by email or platform announcement. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Portugal. The competent forum will be the Judicial Court of the District of Lisbon, unless another is required by law.

11. Compliance with Content Standards and Legal Requirements

As a condition of participating as a creator on FistingForFans.com, you agree to the following:

  • Prohibited Content and Conduct:
    You must not upload, promote, or engage in any activity that is illegal or otherwise violates the platform’s Standards, Terms of Service, or applicable laws.

  • Written Consent from All Participants:
    You are required to obtain and maintain verifiable written consent from all individuals depicted in any content you upload. This written consent must explicitly cover:

    • Consent to be depicted in the content

    • Consent for public distribution and upload to FistingForFans.com

    • If applicable, consent for the content to be downloadable by users

  • Age and Identity Verification:
    You must verify the identity and age of all individuals appearing in your content, ensuring that all are adults (18+ or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).

  • Document Retention:
    You must retain all consent and identification records for the duration of your use of the platform and for a minimum of five (5) years thereafter. You agree to provide these documents upon request by FistingForFans.com or relevant legal authorities.

 

12. Public Display Consent

I acknowledge and agree that my images will be used and displayed publicly on the website FistingForFans.com.
